You will see on the right-hand side a link to "Study courses" and on that page there is a further link to "Distance based learning"
The Global Health E-Learning Centre has a free online course on monitoring and evaluation. You are required to register but there is no fee - just make sure you remember your username and password.
You will also find various other links on the "Study courses" pages that might also have some M&E courses.
If paying a fee is not a problem, another alternative is to go to the link for "Search for courses" and use some of the search engines there.
If you want online courses, be sure to choose the distance learning option on the search engine.
The Medicus Mundi search engine is particularly good.
