RFI: Pharmacy Benefit Managers

I have noticed that Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) have played an
important role in managed care. I'd like to have more info on PBMs'
evolution, its operation and present situations in US. Could someone
help me in getting more information on PBMs?
