RFI: Subscription agents, Book and equipment suppliers

Apologies to those who receive this message more than once, as this
message is posted to several discussion lists.
Healthlink Worldwide is an information organisation dealing with pri-
mary health care and disability information for developing countries.
We have a resource centre, provide information services and undertake
information projects. We publish a number of materials, including
newsletters, resource lists, and briefing papers.
We are currently producing a Resource Centre manual based on our
technical support and training in the areas of information manage-
ment, information services, and resource centre development. The man-
ual, will be published later this year, a small number in print, but
mainly in electronic format on the Web, and distributed in electronic
format for those who wish to print or adapt materials for their own
use or training courses. Included in the manual will be a listing of
key publishers and distributors in the areas of primary health care
and disability. When this list is compiled, I will alert the list,
and copies can be requested. However, we would like also to include a
list of Subscription agents for serials (newsletters, journals etc.),
and Book suppliers (those who can supply your batches of book orders,
irrespective of the publisher or distributor).
We are especially interested to have details of National or Regional
agents or suppliers. The manual also includes some information about
equipment needed in the resource centre. We are emphasising the use
of local suppliers, and where appropriate having equipment made. How-
ever, we would be interested in receiving more information about lo-
cal suppliers of library/resource centre furniture and equipment.
