RFI: Working as MD in Africa

To Whom it May Concern:
I am currently a Canadian citizen trying to figure out how I can move
to Africa and practice medicine. I have a MD degree and have passed
Step 1 and 2 of the United States Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE). If
you could provide me any information on residency programs in Africa or
licensing requirements I would be very appreciative.
