Dear Friends:
The Government of Senegal has decided that we hold the Tradi-
tional Healing & HIV/AIDS Conference on October 4-6, 2004 in-
stead of the original date of July 19-21, 2004 due to the Bang-
kok World AIDS Conference ending on July 16, 2004. The Senegal
Government is worried that its delegates attending the Bangkok
Conference will not be able to attend the Senegal Conference be-
cause of the time frame.
We regret any inconveniences.
