This concept is fantastic!!!
Let us join together - with as many colleagues and organizations as
possible to advocate for this procedure to be adopted to whatever jour-
nals would be useful in the developing world.
Moreover, let's extend the concept beyond scientific journals to inter-
national organizations, UN agencies, bilateral, foundations, universi-
ties, whoever has information which could be made accessible to the de-
veloping world.
Here in Swaziland, less than 1 Mio population, no Medical School, hor-
rendous HIV statistics, the need is significant.
Our organization, SHARE, is designed to optimise (for individuals and
organizations within the country) for the use of the internet for
health related issues in the countries.
