Two New additions to the Operations Research Results Series

The Quality Assurance Project (QAP) is pleased to announce two new
additions to the Operations Research Results series. The series pro-
vides comprehensive summaries of latest research findings from QAP's
operations research studies on the application of quality assurance
tools and techniques around the globe. "The Impact of QA Methods on
Compliance with the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness Algo-
rithm in Niger" and "Application of Activity-Based Costing in a Peru-
vian NGO Health Care System" are currently available.
Upcoming OR Results include "Improving Provider-Client Communication:
Reinforcing IPC/C Training in Indonesia with Self-Assessment and Peer
Review," "Using Quality Design to Improve Malaria Rapid Diagnostic
Tests in Malawi," and "Setting Up a National Hospital Accreditation
