Dear E-Drug participants:
I suspect this information does not reflect
the Orphan Drug law which I believe was enacted last
year. The term of the patent for tissue is specific,
much shorter than normal as is the development time. I
have a copy of this document archived, but it be more
useful to obtain it from the US government. There is
a similar document for Europe. So, that means that all
of these drugs are patented and owned by the patent
holders for at least 7 years. --Paul.
