E-DRUG: an affordable source of Chenodeoxycholic acid?

Dear E-druggers,
Anyone knows an affordable source for Chenodeoxycholic acid (Synonym: Chenodiol, CAS Number 474-25-9) which is used for the treatment of Cerebrotendineous xanthomatosis, a rare but horrible disease?
This simple biliary acid was produced by Falk in Germany, but the product has now been sold to a Spanish company which has apparently raised the price substantially to about €1000 per patient per month.
