E-DRUG: ART in the private health sector

Dear E-druggers,
I would like you to share me your country exprience or personal opinion
regarding,
1. Anti-retroviral treatment scale-up to the private health sector which are
mainly established for profit although the drugs are for free in most
developing countries,
2. the issue of using non-pharmacy health professionals (nurses) to handle the
suplly chain management and dispensing of ARVs at this sites where pharmacy
personnesl are not available
3. community dispensing of ARVs with non-health professinals
