E-DRUG: GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF AFRICAN ESSENTIAL DRUGS PROCUREMENT UNITS

The second assembly of the association of essential drugs procurements
units of Africa (ACAME) will be held in Bamako from sept 28th to Oct 2nd.
The ACAME is an association of suppliers of essential drugs from the
public, private, and associated sectors.
The objectives of the association are:
- To promote the good use of essential drug (from the processing to the
consumers).
- To constitute a databank for improving purchasing know-how.
- To buy some items together in order to reduce the cost, and to share
common experience.
- To defend the interest of its members.
During the coming general assembly 4 themes will be developed:
- results of tender notices realized for several countries.
- Databank of the association
- Financial balance and indicators of drugs procurement units.
- Rational use of medicines
The workshop will be held in french.
