E-drug: AZT prices in SA

E-druggers,
Does anyone know what the going rate for AZT is in South Africa? I'm
doing a cost-benefit analysis proposal on treating HIV+ mothers with
short term AZT. I'd be most interested in what the Government rate
would be under the current system if there is such a thing. Also, does
anyone know the SA Ministry of Health's current position on the
efficacy of AZT rx (and have there been studies on the subject)?
