[e-drug] Brain drain of pharmacists (cont'd)

E-drug: Brain drain of pharmacists (cont'd)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is my strongly held belief that all university graduates, in every
field, should be required to work for 2-3 years in their field at
locations where their government feels the most need. In the USA
this might mean a pharmacist working on an Indian reservation, in
the UK, a pharmacist might be required to work in a hospital in
Orkney, etc.

Consider it national service - the repayment of a debt to society;
but after that time period, then an individual's life is his own, and
he/she should be free to go wherever in the world they want.
