E-drug: Brain drain of pharmacists (cont'd)

Dear E-druggers,
I agree to what Billy has put forward about making enabling learning
and working conditions to our students in our Universities so that
graduates find no reasons of running away. Some pharmacists are
leaving their country and go to work in countries where practising as a
pharmacist is rewarding, stimulating and brings about self
progressing as far as the profession is concerned.
