E-drug: Brain drain of pharmacists
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear E-Drug members,
This week's BMJ has an article and a set of rapid responses on
brain drain of doctors:
Recruiting doctors from poor countries: the great brain robbery?
Vikram Patel, BMJ, vol 327, 18 Oct, 2003
http://bmj.bmjjournals.com/cgi/content/full/327/7420/926
Brain drain has also been covered recently in The Lancet and the
Bulletin of the WHO (listed below).
All of these articles focus on doctors and/or nurses. Does anyone
know of, or has any E-Drugger done, research into the brain drain
of pharmacists?
Thank you,
Libby Levison
