We also need to remember that often those in the health field are
married to others in the same field ie other pharmacists, doctors or
nurses (usually we are in training together). I know of several
examples. So the brain drain hits twice! I hope this discussion will
also lead us into thinking of innovative ways to address this critical
issue of shortage of pharmaceutical staff.
