CALL FOR ABSTRACTS (POSTER PRESENTATIONS)

Jointly Organized by:

Information Program (USPDQI)

Graduate Pharmacists' Association, Nepal (GPAN)

- Abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The
Scientific Committee's decision will be final.

- Abstracts should be received by October 30, 2001 and addressed
to:

Instructions for submission:
- Abstracts for poster presentation may be submitted according to
the following procedure.
1. Abstract should be typed in English.
2. Page setup, margins: left and bottom 2.5 cm and top and right
    2.0 cm. Single spaced.
3. The abstract should begin with the title (Bold and Capital
    letters, the titles should be brief and descriptive of your study),
    followed by the author (s) names, their affiliation and an e-mail
    address after a line space. Author for correspondence need not
    be a first author.
4. The text of the abstract should follow after a line space and
    should contain sufficient concrete information (Introduction,
    Methodology, Results and Discussion).
5. The number of words is limited strictly to 500 including the
    title, authors and affiliations. Each word or number is counted
    as one word whether it is one character or 10 characters long.
    (The previous sentence has a word count of 18)
6. The abstract should be in Times New Roman with 12-font size.
7. Please send the abstracts either by email or in a floppy disc.
8. You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your
    abstract via e-mail by November 7, 2001.
9. Abstract will be accepted in the following topics: community
    drug use and information.
10. All abstract presenter must register for the Conference by
    November 15, 2001. Failure to do so will result in the abstract
    being withdrawn from publication in the conference souvenir.
11. Failure to comply above guidelines (1-10) will result in rejection
    of your abstract.

- All the expenses should be borne by the presenter him/herself.

CALL FOR STALL EXHIBITION

- Any Pharmaceutical related houses interested in exhibition will be
provided 9 square meter stall (3m x 3m).
- The stall will be provided in first come First service basis.
- The cost price of one Stall of size 3m x 3 m : NRs. 25,000/- (
Twenty five thousand Nepali Rupees only]
- All matters concerning the exhibition must be directed to: Bimal
