Let me welcome this new edition and the new look and feel of the revised price guide.
There are so many things to like about the clean layout, the web site (www.mshpriceguide.org ) which is much easier to remember than the old ERC site that has been around for ages. I also like the charts that give you a long time perspective going back in some cases to 1996.
This is an invaluable resource and MSH and Julie Frye in particular deserve great credit for continuing to produce this report that tells us what are the true lowest prices for public and NGO sector procurement in Low and Middle Income countries.
