E-drug: Corrections etc. re Drug Policy Course Mumbai 1999

I regret that when I posted this message before there were a couple of
errors. The date should read 1999 not 1998 as a number of people pointed
out to me. Also by mistake Professor Robert Summers, one of the co
directors of the South African course was left off the faculty list.
Since posting the message two additional faculty members have agreed to
teach on the course. They are Ramesh Govinderaj, Pharmaceutical Adviser to
the World Bank and Henk den Besten, Managing Director of IDA in Amsterdam.
We now have a web site that can be used for applying for the course. The

For those of you without web access I am attaching corrected information
about the course.
