E-DRUG: Cost/efficient procurement

Dear E-druggers,

With purpose to launch e tender for an EDF project, for acquiring kits of essential drugs, we are looking for any documentation, publication, cost comparative survey... that could help us to define the cost/efficacy relation, highlighting the reduction of the cost in procuring drugs on the world market (and particularly in development country such as india, china...) in relation with drugs produced in European or ACP (Africa, Caraiba, Pacifica) country market.
