E-drug: Cyclosporin eye drops

Greetings!!
Anyone able to give us a method for compunding cyclosporin eye
drops. One refs says that it is a 2% solution using the oral solution
in olive oil. How can one sterilise olive oil..dry heat? Is the
cyclosporin oral solution sterile?
