Zimbabwe Essential Drugs Action Programme in the late 1980s - I was a member of the Oncology Committee that addressed these issues. The committee
published an article in Health Policy and Planning in 1990 (not 1980)
titled Rational Use of cytotoxic drugs in a developing country. The article
