E-drug: Distinction between cosmetics and pharmaceutical products (cont)

I would like to answer on the points raised to my earlier comment on the
above subject.
I appreciate the feelings of Budiono, Valerio and EN Kwizera. The
discussion can be argued from different perspectives (ideal and
reality). Here we are involved with pharmaceutical practice, medical
practice and expected behaviours. We talk and believe that rules,
rationality and ethics are prevailing in different situations . It is
hard to believe that reality differs to ideal in the local situations.
If you look things at the community level in remote areas in developing
countries you will find this situation.
