E-drug: dose of hepatitis B vaccine

I am confused about the dose of recombinant hepatitis b vaccine. In
Pakistan we have 10mcg and 20mcg Engerix. I hear that in some countries
a 10mcg is all they have and same strength is used for adult
immunization as well. Please help.
