E-DRUG: Drug policy document

Dear Colleagues,
In the beginning of this year I received valuable help from
several of you after a request on e-drug concerning drug
policy and ideological issues. The papers I have been working
on is nearly done and I need to update some information.
I need to know which countries actually have a National Drug
Policy document. The most recent example of an explicit drug
policy is that of South Africa. Which countries have a clearly
stated drug policy, but is part of the National Health Policy document? The usual database searches do not give satisfactory
results on these questions. Any advice will be appreciated.
