E-drug: drug scheduling

Dear E-druggers
We are updating the national drug scheduling (to date we are using a
scheduling designed in the former Soviet Union). We would be obliged if
you could give us information how it is possible to obtain an access to
the International Drug Scheduling (I mean criteria of switching of a
drug on a certain schedule used throughout the world and lists of drugs
selected on their basis). Under the term "scheduling" I mean the
switching of drug on a certain group with an account of
prescription/non-prescription control criteria).
