E-drug: drugs for tuberculosis resistance?

The currently used regimen for treating TB is giving resistance.
At times patients do not respond to the currently used combination
of Rifampicin, Myambutol, Pyrizinamide, INH and Streptomycin.
What can be used as a second line of treatment especially in the
cases who are not responding to the conventional therapy?
