I need some help with finding a tool to measure patient
compliance. I know pill count is one method commonly used.
I am looking for more in the form of a questionnaire to be
used as a tool to measure compliance with a drug therapy
at the end of the treatment.
Any form of information will be highly appreciated.

I'm currently involved in a similar investigation. I decided to assess compliance using the cummulative medicine possession ratio (MPR), whose literature I got in a pubmed search. Maybe you'd consider this an alternative in your investigation as well??
