E-DRUG: Expenditure on pharmaceuticals

Dear E-Druggers,
I am trying to find a source for the following information for countries:
1. Total expenditure on pharmaceuticals as a percent of total health expenditure
2. Private expenditure on pharmaceuticals as a percent of private
health expenditure
For a few countries, I have found this information from the WHO's
National Health Accounts website, but for many countries it is
missing. Does anyone know where I might find this information for any
of the following countries or have this information available:
Guinea
Democratic Republic of Congo
Cambodia
Myanmar
Armenia
Tajikistan
Burundi
Azerbaijan
Georgia
India
Togo
Nigeria
Uruguay
Côte f'Ivoire
Pakistan
Nepal
Cameroon
Lebanon
Uganda
Paraguay
Ghana
South Africa
