E-drug: Fixed combination ARVs

Hi everyone,
I have just read the WHO ARV recommendations document, 2001.
It states that "ZIDOVUDINE(AZT) & STAVUDINE(d4T) should never
be used together because of proven antagonism between these
drugs."
The combi. drug TRIOMUNE(Cipla) contains AZT,d4T &
Nevirapine(NVP).
I think this is a problem, but what do you all think? Does anyone know
more of this drug or of the findings in the WHO document?
