E-drug: Free journal access (cont'd)

Yet another factor in Africa is that professionals are often too
pre-occupied with the stark realities of daily survival. What a vicious
loop indeed! Having worked in mother Africa for a quarter of a
century, I can assure those who are helping in their own little ways
that progress is being made.
