E-DRUG: HGH advert spam (2)
---------------------------
dear 1303 E-druggers from 93 countries,
Only one E-drugger reported having received the HGH spam but had never
submitted a message. All other E-druggers who received the HGH spam had at least once submitted
a message to E-drug. About 10 E-druggers reported they had not received
the spam and had never send in a message.
I therefore conclude that our E-drug subscription list has not been used,
and that security in the Healthnet server has not been compromised.
Probably the spamming group has 'extracted' some email addresses from
the E-drug archives (which are public on the Internet). There is not much we
can do about this, as the public archives are more useful than risky.
Two E-druggers reported the HGH spam to their Drug Regulatory Authorities, but
it is not clear what they can do against it.
If you haven't been spammed (lucky you!) but still would like to find
out what illegal Internet pharmacies are doing, I suggest you search
the Internet on "HGH" (or any other popular substance) and "creditcard".
Thanks for your collaboration - no more need to send feedback.
