Dear professor Riewpaiboon,

In e-drug you posted your request dated 6 April 2006 about Hospital Pharmacy indicators.

As a consultant to WHO and other international organisations I have done evaluations on hospital pharmacy practice in several countries. One tool I have used was a questionnaire on hospital practice. Possibly this could give you some ideas on a practical approach in your situation. The questionnaire is available on request.

Also I can send you a list of 'skills' which in my opinion are required for professional hospital pharmacists.
