IntraHealth is seeking a Senior Advisor - Applied Health Labor Economist
that will support the conceptualization and implementation of IntraHealth's
data driven approaches.
The focus of the selected candidate is to support
the health labor market analysis and improving health workforce
performance, productivity and sustainability in low- and middle-income
countries. As an international-level expert, the position is responsible
for mentoring, ensuring technical quality, developing and executing
technical strategies for programmatic opportunities, demonstrating global
leadership, and engagement.
The position provides high level technical assistance to countries in the
area of health workforce with an emphasis on economic and policy analysis
leading to improved human resources policy development and health workforce
development.
The preferred base of this position is in the U.S., but is open to
applicants in countries where there is an IntraHealth office.
