Dear Dr Ken Harvey,

I am very much thankful for kind response with a particular example.

I have found numerous such examples in my country with the group names of nutroceuticals and nutrobiotics.

It is one of good suggestions that court can hear the issue, but unfortunately, it is too expensive for a consumer to open such case in court.

Most prescribers (in my country) are involved in such practices being in deal with the promoter.
Their aim remains earning money, not the benefit of patient.
My struggle is especially for poor patients who do not understand how they are looted by the name of treatment.

I look for further guidance from my other colleagues too, if I can have, otherwise, some one will have to file a case in court, as mentioned.
