E-DRUG: Mark-up percentages for Drug Revolving Funds (4)

Dear Sasilu,
In addition to the response from Libby, its important
to factor in a percentage from leakages from the RDF
arising from e.g. damages, pilferage and expiries.
This is important in ensuring long term financial
sustainability of the fund, by compensating for
working capital shrinkage due to system leakages.
