E-DRUG: Query re colistimethate sodium vs colistin
---------------------------------------------

Hello,

I would like to ask a question regarding calculation confusion of colistimethate
sodium vs colistin (1 Million Unit = 80 mg).
Some references mention dose as colistin base as 2.5 mg / kg / dose in CRRT patients. So
its really confusing as its not giving a clear direction.

Thank you
