Including real-life examples and expert recommendations for successful supply chain transformation, I have authored a new book titled "3,121 Days in the Driving Seat of the National Medical Supplies Fund: Lessons to be Shared for Future Application" documents my experience as the former Director General of the National Medical Supplies Fund (NMSF) in Sudan.

It also covers topics that are fundamental for supply chain transformation, including the role of leadership, human resources and automation, as well as specific initiatives I undertook to foster the NMSF’s growth.
