[e-drug] Non-drowsy sea-sickness treatment (6)

E-DRUG:N on-drowsy sea-sickness treatment (6)
----------------------------------------------

Dear Kae,

How about trying fexofenadine, which is an antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonistic activity?
Studies report that it is the antihistamine with least drowsiness.
I even recall reading that commercial airline pilots for are using it for their allergic problems!!!

However, I do not think it is included in the latest WHO formulary, though it is there in latest edition of BNF.

Hope it is of help to you and Happy Sailing!
