E-drug: NSAIDS for dysmenorrhoea (cont'd)

A suggestion on the way through this debate: different NSAIDs exhibit
differing COX-1 and COX-2 inhibition. Does anybody know (I don't) if
one pathway is more implicated in dysmenorrhoea? If one is, then
patient preference might have some rational basis.
