[e-drug] NSAIDS for dysmenorrhoea (cont'd)

E-drug: NSAIDS for dysmenorrhoea (cont'd)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Classical NSAIDs work much better than COX-2 selective inhibitors.
Is there any dose-response relationship with COX-2 inhibitors as far
as analgesia is concerned? On the other hand why do we need much
higher doses of COX-2 selective agents for analgesia? They want
more profit!
