E-drug: Over-the-Counter Sale of Antibiotics

Hello everyone,
I write to you now to ask if anyone knows of a list of countries that sell
antibiotics without a prescription from a trained medical professional,
i.e., over-the-counter? Perhaps, those of you in various countries can
respond to this query regarding
(1) the existence or non-existence of antibiotic policy/guidelines in your
country; and
(2) where there are guidelines, what is the status of monitoring their
implementation?

most countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern and Southern Europe and probably
Central and South America. So if they all respond, we will be bombarded with
