E-DRUG: Pantoprazole with Domperidone

We have been trying to convince the doctors on the fact that
Pantoprazole with domperidone is an irrelevant combination and have
been using the reference from Goodman & Gilman's which states that
"Domperidone is not demonstrably effective in gastro esophageal
reflux disease" and also the fact that such combinations are not
available internationally.
However a large number of doctors continue to write such
combinations. In case you have some additional information to prove
that such a combination is not very useful please send us the same
along with relevant references. We will definitely circulate the same
amongst all our doctors for the benefit of their patients.
