E-DRUG: Patient files used for dispensing - for discussion (10)

Today everything is on line and every aspect including prescriptions of patient files should be uploaded in a centralised website just as in banking system where all transactions are through core banking.
The era of keeping paper records should be minimised as far as possible.
But in developing countries like India, and some other countries where the the dispensing system leaves much to be desired and needs structural and policy reforms these discussions are too premature and I would urge the international community in field of health to force reforms in these countries.
