E-drug: Pharmacists to Population Ratio (cont'd)

At the risk of stating the obvious the ratio of pharmacists to
population is only part of the answer. It's where they are that makes
the difference in terms of the availability and access to service. So the
ratio has to be tempered with information about distribution as well.
