E-drug: Price of Antiretroviral Drugs

Hi E-druggers,
We had a conference the other day about recent advances in HIV/AIDS
management and the drug company rep sponsoring the event quoted us
6000 $NA (= SA Rand) per month (1200$US) for the triple regimen.
That's a very significant amount here and I am not sure they have
given us the final quote. How much does this cost in other countries?
Roughly?
We are interested in AU, UK, US, DE, FR and in particular developing
countries.
