ProCAARE-Family: A Global Electronic Discussion Group on Pediatric and
Family HIV/AIDS in the Developing World
You are invited to join ProCAARE-Family, a global, e-mail-based discussion
group on HIV/AIDS in children and families in the developing world.
ProCAARE-Family will begin a dialogue on some of the critical HIV/AIDS
issues for this population and their care providers. It will run for 90
days (October - December 1999). While its primary focus is on Africa, the
issues are relevant to other developing areas as well.
ProCAARE-Family is moderated by perinatal, pediatric, and family HIV
experts in the USA and Africa who ensure that the highest scientific
standards are maintained. It is a forum that encourages health
practitioners including clinical and public health physicians, researchers,
nurses, program mangers, policy makers, and others around world to ask
questions, find answers, share solutions, and learn from each other.

ProCAARE-Family is a sub-discussion group of ProCAARE, SATELLIFE's global
electronic discussion group on HIV/AIDS.
ProCAARE-Family is a collaborative project of SATELLIFE and the
Fran�ois-Xavier Bagnoud Center at University of Medicine and Dentistry of
New Jersey, USA. SATELLIFE is a non-profit organization facilitating
access to health information and e-mail services in the developing world.
