Namibia's CMS also has big problems, they actually advertized for an
Interim Manager on this very list. And I don't think we are alone in
this.
I don't think UNICEF is the right organization to look at this though.

[Note from moderator: I signalled interest in that position at CMS, but it
was open only to people from EU-countries! Having been involved in assessing
drug supply systems on a contract for Unicef, I tend to agree with you about
