E-drug: Re: Dutch companies and price control mechanisms

Dear e-druggers,
To the list of Mark Raaijmakers can be added, according to the
quality mewspaper NRC-Handelsblad: registration of medicines with
the same active ingredient, by the same producer, but with a much
higher price. This medicine then will be part of the same cluster as
their other, cheaper alternative. Since the listprice is calculated
from the mean of the prices in a cluster, the remuneration price is
pushed upwards.
