E-drug: Re: Proposed Donation Legislation in the UK

I for one would be interested in contributing and signing such a
letter. I agree with Scott that transparency is a necessity. How
should transparency be achieved. I would propose that any
company taking advantage of the tax credits should have to file an
annual report which would be a public document.
